These are cases where a complaint is lodged with the Trade Disputes Panel claiming that an unfair dismissal had taken place. In each case, the Panel determines whether the complainant’s dismissal was fair or unfair.

The Panel makes its determination in such cases in accordance with the relevant rules of the  Trade Disputes Act 1981 (Cap 75) and the  Unfair Dismissal Act (Cap 77).
