What Types of Disputes are Heard by Trade Dispute Panel?

The Trade Disputes Panel can hear and make a decision on two types of cases. These are cases of Trade Disputes and cases in which there is a claim by an employee of an Unfair Dismissal.

These are cases where a dispute exists between the employer and the employees.

These are cases where a complaint is lodged with the Trade Disputes Panel claiming that an unfair dismissal had taken place. In each case, the Panel determines whether the complainant’s dismissal was fair or unfair.
